Company Policies Before You Order Before you place an order, double check your order to make sure you are ordering what you want. We will not be responsible for any miss orders on the customers part. Note After Market Automotive Wheels may not fit like the Factory Specified Automotive Wheels. The After Market Wheels may or may not stick out past the Vehicles Fender. Some After Market Wheels may or may not require the use of Wheel Spacers not included in your order. Wheel and Tire Packages do not come Mounted or Ballanced. It is the Customers responsibility to let us know what the look is they are trying to achieve when they place the order. All sales are final, and we do not offer any store credits or refunds do to our high volume of sales. Warranties If you would like to know the Warranty info of a specific Brand we sell please E-mail or call us at (352) 263-5337. All Warranties are through the Manufacturer not Insane Soundz N customZ. If there are any issues with the product you purchased please E-mail or call us at (352) 263-5337 and we will furnish you with the contact information of the Manufacturer so they can handle your warranty. Insane Soundz N customZ is not liable for any defects on any of the products we sell. If there are any defects in the products you order, the product will be fixed or replaced through the manufacturers. There will be no upgrades or reselecting of a different style product. You will receive the exact product and brand you claim is damaged or defected. Return Policy All Shortages and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Insane Soundz N customZ will refund actual shipping costs on UPS or FED EX label or postage on damaged merchandise or mistakes made by us. Once an order and payment are received there will be absolutely no cancellations. f you mount the rims or tires on the car, or the tires on the rims there will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. If there are any defects in the products you order, the product will be fixed or replaced through the manufacturers. There will be no upgrades or reselecting of a different style product. You will receive the exact product you claim is damaged or defected. Any orders returned with prior approval will be charged a 40% restocking fee. Heavier and oversized orders may be subject to higher shipping fees. Shipping Policy We offer free shipping on a set of 4 Wheels within the Continental United States. You should receive your order within 7 - 14 business days (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES) from the time Payment has Cleared. Orders will be shipped by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. Special delivery (3 day, 2day, next day) orders are guaranteed from the date shipment not date of order. Shipping Rates are based on shipping within the United States. If you are outside of the United States please call for rates to your Country.
